2005 was a prolific year for Paradigm’s President & Chief Executive Officer, James Pereira. In June, he launched the company, and in November, he married Tahnee Cull, who joined the executive team as Paradigm's Vice President, Operations & New Business Development in 2013. Both ventures are proven success stories.

Our People
James Pereira, President & CEO
James Pereira has worked in the telesales industry for over 18 years. James began his career as a campaign manager in 1996. He managed several major projects for museums, environmental organizations and performing arts groups including Pollution Probe, The Royal Ontario Museum, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and The National Ballet of Canada. After being awarded Manager of the Year in 1999, James was promoted to Director of Campaign Operations. For five years James oversaw the successful implementation of dozens of subscription and fundraising programs across North America. James incorporated in 2005, signing The National Ballet of Canada as his flagship client. Paradigm still partners with the Ballet today, and has worked with many other notable organizations including Canadian Stage, Soulpepper Theatre Company, Opera Atelier and Tafelmusik Baroque Orchestra and Chamber Choir. James is responsible for Paradigm’s corporate direction and growth, working closely with Tahnee to create “big picture” strategies for our existing clients, and developing relationships with Paradigm’s future clients.
Tahnee Pereira, VP, Operations & New Business Development
Tahnee Pereira has 13 years of experience in subscription sales and arts fundraising. She has held positions in all aspects of the industry, including telephone sales, campaign management and operations accounts. She has worked with major arts institutions across North America, including Art Gallery of Ontario, The National Gallery of Canada, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, and Glenbow Museum (Calgary). She has extensive experience in management training, and has created several successful curriculums and manuals for campaign managers, in-house call centres, and campaign account executives. She has most recently developed a two-week management training program for in-house managers. Tahnee develops all sales and fundraising campaign materials for Paradigm, and works with the campaign manager at Paradigm’s Toronto call centre to develop ongoing operational strategy, lead orchestration plans, and caller training initiatives to ensure campaign success for all of Paradigm’s clientele.
